Aidvocaten helps consumers who are facing problems with companies or landlords. You describe your situation through our online tool, and within 48 hours our AI creates a legally grounded letter with a clear explanation of your rights and the next steps you can take.
No. We are not a law firm and do not provide personalized legal advice. Aidvocaten offers automated legal documents and information based on Dutch law and regulations.
Our service helps with common consumer-related issues such as:
- Rental deposits or disputes with your landlord
- Online purchases that were not delivered or incorrect
- Warranty claims for broken or defective products
- Unfair subscription or administrative charges
- Workplace or contract issues of a minor or administrative nature
Some cases are too complicated for an automated legal letter. In that case, we will let you know clearly and recommend that you contact a lawyer or a local legal aid service. You won’t be charged extra.
Payment & Costs
Each legal letter costs € 4,95, a one-time fee with no subscription and no hidden charges. In a hurry? Choose the express option for €9.95.
You can pay safely using iDEAL, Credit Card, or PayPal. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed securely.
Within 48 hours, you will receive:
- your legal letter (ready to send),
- a clear explanation of your rights, and
- step-by-step instructions on what to do next.
First, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email us at support@aidvocaten.com with your order number, and our support team will assist you within one business day.
Legal Letter & Use
All our letters are based on Dutch law and real legal precedents. We frequently update our AI models and legal sources to ensure the letters remain accurate and compliant.
Yes, your letter is immediately ready to send by email or post. We’ll also include advice on the best timing and delivery method.
Each letter comes with a clear list of next steps, such as:
- filing a complaint with a consumer authority or dispute committee,
- or sending a follow-up letter. If needed, we include additional letters at no extra cost.
Yes. If you’d like to adjust or rephrase something, simply contact us at support@aidvocaten.com. Small edits are usually free of charge.
Privacy & Security
We only use your personal information to generate your documents. Your data is stored securely in line with GDPR regulations and is never shared with third parties.
Yes, but only temporarily. We keep your documents for up to 30 days in case you need assistance or updates. After that, they’re automatically deleted.
No. Personal or case-related data is never used for AI training. Your privacy and confidentiality are always respected.
Yes. You can request data deletion at any time by emailing support@aidvocaten.com.
Access & Ease of Use
No, creating an account is optional. You can complete your case without one, or register an account to easily retrieve your documents later.
